Boring Thursday

OH-MY-GOSH! I just cooked the best honey chicken ever!!! *drools* Drop by and I'll cook it for ya! Joo said my cooking has improved! Haha I have to tell you if you don't know already - cooking rice or instant noodles were alien to me 4 years ago. I am therefore very proud of myself! Thank you Lord for instilling in me the desire to cook and bake! Oh, speaking of that, I am going to start baking as well! I can't wait to get the appliances and bakeware for it!

I'm so glad it's Friday tomorrow, because I have been sitting in my office not being able to do experiments for the past 3 weeks since we came back from holidays. I haven't been able to start on my experiments, because the stuff which I ordered are not in yet so it's been pretty boring sitting on the computer and MSN'ing all day... I have been wanting to post up our Korea photos, but Josh & Audrey haven't passed theirs to me yet!!! I hope they do soon!

Anyways, tomorrow is also the start of our Cell meetings (or Life Group as we call it here) for this year! I wonder what's installed for us this year at our cell :) One thing I know is that we'll be welcoming a life to our cosy lil group - Andrew and Sophenie, our leaders are expecting a baby girl in a few months' time. It's going to be very exciting! They have shared with us photos of their 3D ultrasound and will soon be hosting a baby shower too!

We're also in the process of furnishing our apartment. It's been a year since we last moved in, but we haven't got enough shelves or drawers to store our stuff. A quarter of my stuff are still in boxes or bags... can you believe it?! The place is just too small for everything... so we're hoping to sort things out so that the place will be more organized and comfier :) It's not that we're going to stay here forever though as we're planning to move out to our own home once I've finished my PhD, which will be in a couple of years' time! Yay!

I can't wait to hear from dad, mom, aaron, and sa about their trip!
